My Husband and I couldn't agree on some things. Most websites wont take you unless you agree. I called and talked to one of the customer service people and she told me that uncontested does not mean you agree on everything. It means a judge wont decide your case. I can't believe it but we went thru a mediator and we came to agreement on every issue we had. It wasn't easy but they were right. My husband and I finally came to an agreement.The customer service woman I talked with told me even when cases start out disagreeing, most of the time before they go to court they are settled.
